Let's find your dream home

"Rick was an awesome guide through the cleveland suburbs and helped us find a great home!"

"Rick is the consummate professional - smart, friendly, knowledgeable. He made the entire process as close to fun as real estate can be. We wouldn’t let anyone we know work with anyone else. He and Wendy made it easy."

"Rick is very responsive! Had a great experience and look forward to doing many more"

"Rick is the best of the best! He is patient, knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, respectful, diligent, and always goes above and beyond. If you are looking for a superb agent - Rick Tannenbaum is your guy."

"Working with Rick during these crazy times in the market has been amazing! His energy and industry knowledge was a huge asset to helping us find the perfect home! Thank you to Rick and his team!"

"We signed with Rick at The Tannenbaum group after he worked with our daughter to find her a home to buy in South Euclid. We were so impressed with his professionalism while she was a client that it was a no-brainer for us to contract with him to sell our rental home in University Heights. Rick, Wendy, and the rest of their team were a pleasure to work with. Selling our house while having a tenant and as the interest rates were climbing presented some unexpected hurdles.. However, Rick navigated these challenges while never losing his sense of humor and the house sold in about two months. Wendy kept us on track with all the administrative tasks, making sure that everything was handled in a timely manner. We enjoyed working with both of them."

"Highly recommend Rick and his team! Rick is very knowledgable, experienced, patient, and kind. He stuck with us through our process of seeing many houses over several months and ultimately helped us purchase our dream home. We are so grateful! Thank you!"

"When we decided to move back to Ohio after being gone for 25 years, we had no idea how we would find a home from four states away. Rick made the process so easy by showing us homes virtually, and assisting us with every step of the process, even though we weren’t on site. I was confident buying our home, even though I’d never walked through it, because Rick answered all of our questions and guided us through all the details. I cannot thank him enough!"
